Locked out at any hour? Call us and we come out to your door and get you back inside.
What do you treat as an emergency?
If you cannot get into your home, your building, or your business, that is an emergency to us. The same goes for a lock that broke in the door, a key that snapped off in the cylinder, or a door that will not close or lock at night. You call, you tell us where you are, and we come out.
When people call us for this
- You locked yourself out of your apartment or townhouse.
- Your key broke off inside the lock.
- The lock turns but the door will not open.
- A storefront or office door will not lock at closing.
- Someone who should not have a key still has one, and you want the lock changed tonight.
How do you open the door?
We start with the gentlest way in and only drill when nothing else works. If a lock has to come out, we tell you first and we bring a new one to put in.
What should I tell you when I call?
Your address, the door you are stuck at, and what kind of lock is on it if you know. If you can, text us a photo of the lock. It helps us bring the right parts.
Frequently asked
Do you really come out at night?
Yes. The phone line is open 24/7, and lockouts at night are a normal part of the work for us.
Will I need to show I live there?
Yes. We ask for ID or another way to show the place is yours before we open the door. A super or a landlord can vouch for you too.
Can you change the lock after you open it?
Usually, yes. Tell us on the call and we bring a new lock or the parts to rekey the one you have.
